Badgeville launches gamification centre of excellence

The Behaviour Lab aims to drive research, best practice and methodologies to influence customer and employee behaviour across web, mobile and enterprise applications using behavioural management and gamification techniques.

The Behaviour Labs founder Steve Sims said: “The challenge lies in making sure that business leaders investing in gamification understand how to properly deploy programs which are designed to meet business objectives for the long term.”
