Aviva appoints BritainThinks for reputation task

UK— Global insurance group Aviva has commissioned BritainThinks to conduct a qualitative and quantitative reputation audit among key stakeholders.

The survey of local and regional stakeholders will be carried out over the course of November, and BritainThinks will deliver the results in December.

BritainThinks will use a mixture of face-to-face interviews, in-depth telephone interviews and quant phone surveys to gain insight into the insurer’s reputation across the UK.

BritainThinks’ founding director Viki Cooke said: “Aviva is such a strong and important brand, we are absolutely delighted to be working with them on this project.”
