Attensity adds Twitter Firehose to social media tools

US— Text analytics firm Attensity has added the Twitter Firehose feed to its range of social media monitoring tools, giving users the opportunity to analyse the 90 million Tweets generated each day.

Clients signed up to Attensity360, Attensity Analyse and Attensity Respond for Social Media will have access to the full stream of Twitter data.

Attensity’s vice president of product marketing Catherine van Zuylen said: ‘With this partnership, we’re providing access to all customer conversations on Twitter to improve discovery, analysis and response to customer issues, recommendations and questions.”
