SOUTH AFRICA — Ask Afrika has appointed former Nielsen managing director Ken McArthur as executive chairman.
McArthur spent 10 years as Nielsen MD, and also worked for four years as senior vice-president for worldwide marketing for CIC Video International – a joint venture between Paramount and Universal Studios.
Ask Afrika founder and CEO Andrea Rademeyer said: “Ask Afrika is growing and we are launching an array of new products this year. Ken McArthur is the perfect person to steer our company into exciting, unchartered waters in South Africa as we continue to expand.”
The agency is best known as the owner and operator of the TGI consumer study in South Africa.
