Arbitron and WKYC-TV settle copyright dispute
The media measurement firm originally sued WKYC-TV for allegedly “copying and distributing copyrighted audience estimates obtained from the Arbitron reports and databases without authorisation from Arbitron”.
An out-of-court settlement has since been reached, following which Arbitron filed to dismiss the case.
