UK – Artificial intelligence (AI), cognitive and autonomic tools company, IPsoft, has appointed Alistair Agnew as chief marketing officer (CMO).
Agnew (pictured) will lead the company’s global marketing activities across 13 countries, building its brand and reputation.
He was most recently global CMO for customer journey management solutions firm, Qmatic. Agnew also worked for Yamaha Corporation for 16 years where he became UK operational board director.
Chetan Dube, CEO of IPsoft, said: “We connect the world and create customer and employee experiences through AI and automation. We’ve elevated customer experience expectations by revolutionising the way machines can understand and execute on human requests. Alistair has a fantastic understanding of and ability to align messaging to both customer and market drivers, so I am delighted that he is joining IPsoft.”
