Accenture buys Yesler
Founded in 2004, Yesler offers full-service digital marketing and managed services through its Yesler B2B segment, and staffing and consulting through the Projectline division.
The company also has offices in Portland, Philadelphia, London, Toronto and Singapore, and employs around 400 staff.
Accenture said the deal will expand its services in B2B marketing and strengthen areas including account-based marketing, customer advocacy and marketing automation. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Brian Whipple, group chief executive for Accenture Interactive, said: “B2B marketers are seeking to leverage best practices from B2C while also addressing the specialised needs of B2B. The addition of Yesler allows us to enhance the complete set of B2B services we provide our clients – from strategy and creative to implementation and ongoing management.”
