BVA Group invests in Babel
The deal is the latest move in BVA’s mission to support clients by understanding the human factors behind the data: the customer, the citizen and the employee. It is expanding geographically and strategically.
Over the past few years it has created the BVA Nudge Unit and bought CEO consultancy LPI, design agency Okoni, as well as BDRC.
Babel which specialises in creation and brand strategy consultancy was founded in 2012 by Laurent Habib (pictured, right) a former CEO of Havas Group.
Gerard Lopez (pictured, left), BVA Group chairman, said: “We share with Babel an ambition to reinforce our position in the market – we can create a high level joint offering which best fuses our distinctive approaches to strategic branding.”
Habib, added: “Such an alliance will put the deep consumer understanding and the human intelligence in the heart of the company and brand strategies, to build the unique qualities necessary to their survival.”
