JTN Research extends Confirmit’s coverage
Less than a year ago, the market research firm implemented Confirmit’s Horizon platform across its core survey design and programming solutions but now plans to broaden the coverage as the share of mobile device users has significantly increased in the last six months amongst panelists in Central and Eastern Europe.
JTN Research plans to utilise the mobile channel more extensively in the field as part of its ongoing commitment to improve panelist experience.
