GERMANY— Online pet products retailer Zooplus has tasked customer data analysts Emnos with developing insights into shopper purchasing behaviour so as to better tailor its offering to customer needs.
Emnos will analyse the transactions and interactions that take place on Zooplus’s websites, of which there are 16 country-specific variants.
Gareth Locke, head of marketing at Zooplus, said: “We will use these findings to, among other things, optimise our product range. The results of the customer segmentation will serve as a valuable decision-making tool for our own brand development and the listing or delisting of products.”
