YouthSight debuts video vox pop service

Mobile News UK Youth

UK — YouthSight has unveiled a new video vox pop service, SnapMe, which allows its panel members to respond to questions via their smartphone camera.

YouthSight’s proprietary panel, The OpinionPanel Community, includes 135,000 16-30 year-olds. It offers over 200 profiling data points that can be used for targeting purposes; turnaround for 20 complete videos is around 48 hours, and full transcription and editing services are also available.

"Our clients increasingly put customers at the heart of everything they do, so SnapMe offers a new way to bring colour, texture and context to their research," said YouthSight’s client services director, Tatenda Musesengwa.

"They get to understand the consumer perspective by getting the raw, unfiltered and honest opinions,”
