UK – Full-service insight agency Kokoro (formerly ABA Research) has appointed Martha Knight as director of digital activation, leading its digital customer experience programmes and UX research.
Knight (pictured) previously headed the digital strategy & insight team at Virgin Media.
She has extensive retail experience having also worked at Marks & Spencer, John Lewis and Tesco among others.
