UK— Consumer association Which? has appointed online brand community provider Verve to run its car reliability and satisfaction poll.
The Which? Car Survey is the UK’s largest motoring-related poll, surveying more than 60,000 of the consumer group’s members about what they “really think” of their cars and the dealers who sell them.
Verve will draw respondents from its Which? Connect online community as well as recruiting consumers through advertising and other sources.
The survey was previously carried out in-house by post among Which? subscribers.
