UK— Product testing organisation Which? has picked Verve to replace Lightspeed Research as manager of its survey panel following a four-way pitch.
The panel, comprised of 30,000 Which? magazine subscribers, is to be overhauled from a primarily quantitative survey platform to a Web 2.0 community, newly renamed Which? Connect.
“As the UK’s leading consumer champion, it is essential for Which? to be engaged with its members,” said head of insight Harry Mirpuri. “Which? Connect will provide us with the platform to run a wide range of quantitative and qualitative activities with community members, and stimulate some lively discussions.”
