Verint acquires OpinionLab

US — Customer engagement optimisation specialist Verint has announced its acquisition of voice of the customer listening solution provider OpinionLab.

The acquisition extends Verint’s customer engagement optimisation portfolio to include the ability to measure and act on digital customer experiences – across digital, voice, text and social – in real time.

Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

OpinionLab is very pleased to join forces with Verint, a market leader in customer engagement that shares a vision for the importance of listening to customers on their terms, and responding quickly and effectively on the feedback they share,” said Sean Fallon, CEO, OpinionLab (pictured).
