INDIA— Research and data analysis firm Tree Worldwide has teamed up with mobile data company IMImobile to offer a suite of customer insight and engagement services to mobile operators, brands and enterprises across Asia.
The two companies have previously worked together on projects for Telefonica UK and Which? India.
Tree managing partner Matthew Bayfield (pictured) said: “Our joint service portfolio can help companies identify, explore and take advantage of new business opportunities to reduce churn and increase the share of the customer wallet.”
