TMW signs up for Landlords Panel survey
TMW has joined other buy-to-let providers including Accord, BM Solutions, HSBC and Paragon in subscribing to the quarterly study of the UK’s private rental and buy-to-let sectors, which is run in partnership with the National Landlords Association.
The survey provides data on portfolio and tenant profiles, borrowing and market movements in the UK rental market.
BDRC Continental director Mark Long said: “With TMW’s support, around 80% of the buy-to-let market is represented among the subscribers to the report.”
