AUSTRALIA— Internet marketing agency The Online Circle has launched a new online tracking tool to monitor conversations across blogs, social media networks and forums.
The Online1984 tool tracks all mentions of a brand name to help clients follow what their customers are saying about them.
The firm’s CEO, Jeff Richardson, said: “The Online1984 methodology allows businesses to listen directly to what customers are saying about their competitors and their products and enables them to stay ahead of trends and issues that might have been overlooked by traditional market research tools.”
