UK— Tesco has retained research agency Leapfrog to manage all research services for its Customer Question Time programme.
The 12-month contract covers all the types of Tesco store, including Express, Extra and Homeplus outlets. The work will be handled by Leapfrog’s In Situ division, which was set up in 2007 when Leapfrog was first awarded the Customer Question Time task.
In Situ managing director Ian Sippitt (pictured) said: “We are delighted to continue our working relationship with the Stores’ Insight Team at Tesco and helping the supermarket to understand what customers want at an individual store level.”
