Phonic.ai helps companies to collect voice and video feedback from their customers, which can then be transcribed and analysed digitally. The company collects the voice and video data through online surveys.

The company raised $150,000 in pre-seed funding from start-up accelerator YCombinator in January 2020.

Phonic.ai is based in California and also provides sentiment analysis, transcription in 32 languages, emotional classification and analysis of voice cadence and energy.
