Conversation IQ, which is part of the Ex-plor insight community platform, will use artificial intelligence to help analyse qualitative data for entity and sentiment.

The tool will use natural language processing to uncover key themes from discussion rooms, social hubs and forums, and display them as word clouds and multiple graphs, or allow them to be filtered on a dashboard by areas such as task type, date range and language.

Dave Naylor, chief technology officer at Strat7 ResearchBods, said: “Taking thousands of unstructured data points from across an insight community and using the power of text analytics and machine learning, we can drive research professionals towards key themes and compelling insights.”
