Sky re-appoints SPA for customer satisfaction tracking task
The firm previously ran the survey for eight years and will start again this June after a two-year hiatus. SPA will carry out telephone interviews with existing Sky customers and online surveys will be carried out with prospective customers.
The interviews will be carried out monthly and SPA will aggregate data on a quarterly basis. SPA said this would equate to the results of 12,000 interviews each quarter.
SPA executive chairman Jon Priest (pictured) said: “We hope to bring some fresh ideas to ensure the tracker remains fit for purpose and continues to set the agenda for cust-sat research across the UK.”
