UK— Skopos has launched a new tool to help clients track online buzz and monitor what is being said about them on social media sites.
The new ChatBack tool was designed in consultation with sister company Nitro Digital and enables “instant and ongoing capture” of online opinion, sentiment and comments.
A series of optional extras will allow users to undertake more in-depth research through online communities and forums to enable deeper investigation of topics identified.
Skopos said that “ChatBack ultimately enables our clients to optimise their digital marketing mix” and that a mobile offering would be announced in the future.
