UK — Silverman Research is launching an open-access project into how employee engagement research will evolve over the next 15 years.
The Future of Employee Research aims to examine how technology is changing the way organisations collect employee opinions and over 40 companies such as Microsoft, IBM, Unilever and Barclays have already signed up.
The collaborative research study aims to support the Engage for Success movement, a UK government taskforce looking at ways to increase the level of employee engagement.
Silverman Research managing director Michael Silverman said: “Organisations have long relied on surveys to gather feedback from their employees, however society is on the cusp of a technological revolution as big data, social media and wearable technology start to permeate our working lives. It is essential that we understand how these changes will affect the way organisations collect employee opinions.”
The project has launched and will run till 25 July.
