SHC rebrands and grows

US – Healthcare survey and data company Survey Healthcare (SHC) has announced a 46% increase in production staff and a rebrand to drop ‘Universal’ from its corporate identity.

The increase in staff is across its Pocatello, Idaho and London headquarters.

Losing ‘Universal from its name was to reduce marketplace confusion, now that the former CATI centre business has been divested. The new logo consists of the SHC initials but its tag-line – Perfect Data – remains.

Jerry Arbittier, CEO, said: "The decision to broaden our production footprint was a logical next step in our business development strategy. Clients appreciate the flexibility with which we provide our services; every client of ours has a unique set of needs and prefers things done in the way that is most convenient for them.

"The additional staff will enable us to provide faster, more efficient project execution, and allow us to continue to scale our business while maintaining our flexible, client-centric approach."

SHC appointed Philip Sofia as president in April to lead its marketing, operations, product development and sales.
