Senior hires at IFF Research
The firm has appointed Claire Johnson (pictured right) and Aoife Ni Luanaigh (pictured left) as directors within its financial services team.
The hires follow the recent appointment of Georgina Clarke to the team.
Johnson was most recently responsible for directing social research and evaluation across a range of employment, welfare and skills issues at Ipsos Mori. Previous roles include the Institute for Employment Research (IER) at Warwick University and the Institute for Employment Studies (IES).
Luanaigh spent seven years at the UK Commission for Employment and Skills (UKCES), prior to which she worked at SQW Consulting.
Jan Shury, managing director at IFF, said: “Ensuring that the UK has the right number of workers, skilled at the right level, will be critical to our ability to meet the unique challenges we are set to face in the future. IFF’s Learning and Skills research will continue to inform policy and decision making as we move ever deeper into the digital age with all that will mean for the world of work.”
