Savanta renames MSI International to reflect new identity

US – Global intelligence business Savanta has rebranded its recent acquisition MSI International as Savanta MSI.

Prior to the purchase, both businesses had complementary services and were a strategic and cultural fit, something that made “the integration of Savanta MSI seamless”, according to the parent company.

The newest acquisition for Savanta, first procured in August 2021, is said to have “significantly enhanced its experience” within healthcare, pharmaceutical, investment, insurance, IT/security and retirement.

“We have worked closely with the management team at Savanta MSI to ensure a smooth transition for our clients and staff”, said Vin DeRobertis, chief executive of the Americas at Savanta. “We are delighted to be unified under the Savanta brand and we look forward to our future together.”

Savanta MSI president Paul Strasser added: “We look forward to adding our wealth of experience and specialties into the Savanta brand. We feel confident that our clients will highly benefit from the rebrand, informing and inspiring them to make better decisions.”

Savanta continues to grow both organically and through acquisition of other market research businesses, overseen by the Savanta Invest division. In 2019, Savanta acquired Hase/Schannen Research Associates and the MSI International acquisition extends the company’s expansion into the US and Canada.
