UK – Customer experience specialist Sabio has acquired customer service data and analysis business Bright UK, for an undisclosed amount.
Bright offers consultancy and SaaS data solutions to deliver insights to contact centres. It does this through a combination of real time customer feedback analysis, comparative bench-marking and employee surveys.
The purchase follows growth investor, Lyceum Capital, investing in Sabio in 2016, including £30m of possible funding to support Sabio’s acquisition strategy. In 2017 Sabio bought the SaaS software and analysis services vendor, Rapport.
Andy Roberts (pictured), CEO of Sabio Group, said: “Sabio is focused on supporting our clients in delivering brilliant experiences across the entire customer journey. The addition of Bright’s solutions and services to our portfolio will support our customers in driving further operational and financial value from their CX programmes.”
Mats Rennstam Bright UK’s managing director, said: “Joining Sabio gives us the opportunity to share our data insights with Sabio’s broader global client base. We look forward to helping Sabio’s customers unlock further value by aligning their customer satisfaction, employee engagement and operational efficiencies.”
