Roots Research hires head of business development

UK – Fieldwork and research services business Roots Research has appointed Kasia Churchill as head of business development.

Churchill (pictured) was previously vice-president, client solutions at Sago, which was previously called Schlesinger Group, where she led the UK sales team.

Before joining Sago, Churchill was senior account director at Dynata and sales director at Borderless Access.

Roots Research focuses on in fieldwork and research services, in particular sourcing participants for both qualitative and quantitative research in both the UK and US. 

Churchill’s appointment comes as part of a recent drive to develop the firm’s quantitative business and expand in the US.

Andrew Folkes, company director at Roots Research, said: “We see great opportunities for providing high quality integrated qual and quant recruitment solutions to the research industry and Kasia’s proven track record in fostering new business relationships will enable us to take our business forwards in the UK and US.”
