ROM increases revenue
ROM said the growth in revenue was caused by a change in its core business to focus on programmatic sampling.
The company announced in January this year that it would shelve its ad-hoc, sample only and panel building tools to fully concentrate on programmatic sampling.
ROM was set up in 2018 in Beirut, Lebanon, to combine digital technology and mobile phones with market research to gain consumer understanding.
Nader Kobeissi (pictured), chief executive of ROM, said: “It is very tough to celebrate such good news in a year which brought so much sadness in the world. The ever-increasing mobile screen time witnessed around the world is of course benefiting our business model.
“The focus in 2021 will be on continuing to build what we believe is the future of research technology.”
