UK— New and used car sales group Ridgeway has appointed SPA Future Thinking to run its employee engagement research programme for a three-year period.
SPA Future Thinking will survey Ridgeway’s 1,000-plus staff and results will be used to help the firm create employee engagement plans.
Jon Head (pictured), group operations director at Ridgeway, said: “We have a very large workforce and we want to make sure we offer all our employees the best possible working environment. The results of this research will help us achieve this aim.”
