US – Reputation measurement, management and intelligence services firm, Reputation Institute (RI) has appointed Kylie Wright-Ford as its CEO.
Wright-Ford (pictured) was previously chief operating and strategy officer for World 50, a private community for senior executives and also worked at Gerson Lehrman Group. She takes over from Tyler Newton, chairman of the board of directors and partner with Catalyst Investors, who was filling the role in the interim.
She will take global responsibility for growing RI’s international presence and developing its tech platforms including its RepTrak Analyzer, launching later this year.
The organisation is also realigning its product portfolio, including launching its CEO RepTrak – a measurement system that assesses CEO reputation among multi-national companies.
Earlier this year, RI acquired Mettle Consulting Group to bring more data science and machine learning capabilities in-house and also opened an office in Sydney, Australia as part of its Asia-Pacific expansion.
She will be based at its Cambridge, Massachusetts headquarters.
Newton said: “Kylie’s background maps uniquely to our mission and she has a great pedigree of success within companies at the same size, scale and growth trajectory as Reputation Institute. We have expanded our global presence to 11 offices, invested in proprietary technology and firmly established ourselves as the authority on reputation.”
