Relative Insight launches text analysis tool

Relative Health will help analyse and visualise text data for pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech and medical device businesses, and will categorise industry-specific language into topics, words and phrases that resonate with the industries.

The tool will offer 33 unique medical tags highlighted on its platform with a small Rod of Asclepius symbol, and includes topics such as administration, medical abbreviations, disease, syndromes, symptoms, alternative medicine and surgery.   

Relative Health said it aimed to support industries with a challenging lexicon to help them get the most out of text analysis without the need for a workaround solution.

Phil Greenwood, chief technology officer at Relative Insight, said: “Rather than repurposing a broader text analysis solution for the medical world, our data scientists have created a specialised healthcare text processing pipeline.

“Relative Health ensures that health and medical companies get the most out of their text analysis, without a need for a workaround solution nor interpretation.”
