UK – Leeds-based full service market research agency, Gusto Research, has appointed Martin Reed as research director.
Reed (pictured) has more than 20 years’ experience and joins Gusto from 6S Research which he co-founded and worked as research director there for the past 13 years. He has also worked at RDSi and KPMG Nunwood.
At Gusto, Reed will be a key part of the qualitative team developing relationships, particularly with its financial services clients in the UK.
In addition, Heather Thorpe has been promoted to associate director.
Ian Rowlands, managing director and owner of Gusto Research, said: “Martin is a really experienced and respected qualitative insight professional. His expertise and background in financial services research will be a real asset to the business.”
