JAPAN— Online community builder Passenger has entered the Japanese market through a partnership with local firm Rakuten Research.
Rakuten will have exclusive rights to offer Passenger’s community platform to clients in Japan first, then other markets across Asia Pacific in the future.
The research agency was founded in 2000 and is part of the Rakuten Group.
Passenger is based in the US and headed by Bahram Nour-Omid (pictured).
