QuMind releases generative AI tool
The tool, called QuAI, will help users of the QuMind platform create reports analysing qualitative and/or quantitative data using ChatGPT creator OpenAI.
The reports will summarise and create overviews of surveys and key findings, as well as more comprehensive reports, and users can also interrogate data by asking open questions.
Mark Ursell, chief executive at QuMind, said: “We launched QuMind at the heart of the dot-com boom in 1999, when it became clear how the internet was changing the game for market research.
“We recognise the industry is at a similar, if not bigger tipping point today. We want to ensure that our customers are able to take advantage of the productivity and accuracy improvements that AI will bring when generating customer insights.”
