Quarter of UK advertising sector sees opportunity in Brexit

UK — New research has revealed that 23% of the UK’s advertising sector believes that Brexit offers opportunities for international growth.

Half an EU flag and half a UK flag

The research, from advertising think tank Credos, is based on a survey of 195 companies operating in the advertising industry, most of which were agencies.

The findings also showed that 22% had lost business or contracts as a result of the vote to leave the EU.

The figures are part of a wider survey on the impact of Brexit, which is to be discussed at LEAD 2017, an advertising leadership summit.
