US — Qualtrics and Affectiva have announced an integration to make Affectiva’s emotion recognition technology available to the Qualtrics insight platform.
The technology senses and analyses facial expressions and emotions in a market research and media testing setting.
"Emotions drive consumer behaviour and help predict key success factors in advertising such as brand recall, purchase intent and virility," said Shane Evans, Qualtrics’ head of partnerships and alliances.
"We are delighted to integrate Affectiva’s patented emotion recognition technology in the Qualtrics Insight Platform to give our clients actionable data about the performance of their ads.”
