UK— CRM agency Publicis Dialog is looking to forge stronger customer relationships for its clients through a new online panel and community called ‘Join the Conversation’.
The panel will be used principally to test marketing propositions, creative concepts, copy, incentives and product features with consumers, and with the addition of a forum tool the agency says it will also be looking to engage specific individuals in online debates.
Online research agency CCB fast.MAP has signed a long-term contract with Publicis Dialog to deliver the panel.
Andrew Smith (pictured), planning director at Publicis Dialog, said: “It’s always been key to engage with your consumers before each marketing move, but now we have a method of observing genuine interaction in a non-moderated environment”.
