PRS In Vivo launches online consumer behaviour tools

US – Shopper and product experience company PRS In Vivo has added two new tools to its online consumer behaviour analysis platform.

LivingLAB and ListenLAB have been added to the firm qualitative research platform Leverage Authentic Behaviour.

LivingLAB analyses videos and digital diaries, while ListenLAB focuses on exploring trends through analysis of behavioural trend data.

Emilie Boutes Eberly (pictured), chief innovation officer at PRS In Vivo, said the additions to LAB would help companies have a "totally consultative approach to consumer closeness".
