Precise launches media monitoring tool
Media Platform+ allows PR professionals and marketers to monitor what people are saying about their company, product or service across all social and mainstream media on a single platform.
Precise said that, while developing the tool, it found that clients had issues with the volume of irrelevant content returned by some tools and also had difficulty tracking both social and mainstream media simultaneously to understand the interaction between the two.
Managing director at Precise Keir Fawcus said: “Understanding the interplay between social and mainstream coverage is virtually impossible when you have tools that effectively silo social content.”
