PeopleMetrics acquires CSR
The acquisition, which is PeopleMetrics’ first since it was set up 20 years ago, will create a combined voice of the customer and research tool for high-value audiences, according to a blog post by Sean McDade, chief executive and founder of PeopleMetrics.
Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
CSR specialises in gaining continuous insights from high-value audiences, such as executive-level decision-makers, brokers, promoters, high-net worth investors and physicians.
In his blog, McDade said: “We see the experiences of high-value customers being increasingly important and under-served in the customer experience market.
“Identifying these customers, enabling continuous feedback loops and improving their experiences is work every company should prioritise.”
