Passenger aims for ideation with community upgrade


US— Online community builder Passenger has added ideation tools to the latest version of its Social Brand Intelligence platform.

Passenger says community members will now be able submit their own ideas and ask other members to rate them, which the firm said makes the platform “more conducive to R&D, member-driven ideation and product innovation strategy”.

Members can also use a new mobile application to submit ideas, photos and videos “at the point of inspiration” when they are out and about.

The firm’s CEO Bahram Nour-Omid (pictured) said: “The goal for version four is to enhance the member experience and encourage ideation and co-creation from our community members.”
