Global Survey clients will obtain access to SampleChain’s review and search tools for their open-ended surveys.

The tools allow users to flag ‘improper users’ or remove poor quality open-ended survey responses, track responses across multiple sources and track the number of sessions a respondent has attempted in the past 12 hours.

Separately, Global Survey has also partnered with Emozo Labs to combine its do-it-yourself feedback platform with the company’s panel of respondents across 35 countries.

The partnership will expand clients’ brand communication and product design research.

Mayank Bhanushali, founder and managing director, Global Survey (pictured), said: This will significantly enhance both our capabilities and help companies around the world understand their customers better.

Global Survey has offices in India (Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi), the UK (London) and the US (Orlando).
