US— ORC International has launched a social media analysis service through a partnership with technology firm Infegy.
ORC will use Infegy’s social media monitoring and analytics tool, Social Radar, to gather information from the web, which will then be studied by ORC analysts.
Jeffrey Resnick (pictured), ORC’s global MD for innovations and strategy, said: “The integration of ORC International’s research expertise with the industry’s most comprehensive social media monitoring and web analytics platform allows our clients to aggregate data on billions of conversations online and transform the information into critical insight with hands-on analytical support from seasoned researchers.”
