UK — Opinium Research has made client relations manager Kate Norfolk a partner in the business, taking the total number of partners to 32.
Norfolk is the second staff member to earn partnership through Opinium’s management incentive scheme, in which it hopes to eventually hand up to 25% of the business equity over to the research team.
Managing director James Endersby said: “Kate has done a remarkable job managing our client relationships and helping to grow new business, significantly contributing to our strong growth. Making Kate a partner recognises her contribution and commitment to the business and her importance to our future.”
Norfolk joined the agency two years ago, having previously worked as an account manager for Opinion Matters.
Opinium picked up the International Research Award, and was a finalist for the Best Agency prize at this year’s MRS Awards.
