US— NM Incite, the Nielsen and McKinsey social media research joint venture, has forged a data integration alliance with sentiment and text analytics firm Clarabridge.
Using an application programme interface, NM Incite’s social media data can be accessed directly through Clarabridge’s Navigator analysis platform.
“We believe strongly that the potential of social media intelligence will only be harnessed when it’s better integrated into our client’s businesses,” said Dave Hudson, CEO of NM Incite. That means a tighter connection into meaningful business processes and a close integration with other critical consumer intelligence. Our alliance with Clarabridge is a first step in that process.”
