BELGIUM — Big data technology vendor NGDATA has acquired Belgian-based professional consultancy ENQIO.
The company said the move provided NGDATA with an experienced team of data scientists – a core competency lacking in most big data technology vendors.
“One of the biggest reasons most enterprises struggle with big data initiatives is because most technology vendors don’t have qualified staff who understand the specific business challenges and how to show ROI resulting from effectively applying the technology to address those challenges,” said NGDATA CEO and co-founder Luc Burgelman.
