The new international standard is aimed at organisations and professionals that conduct digital and web analytics for collecting, analysing and reporting of digital data for market, opinion and social research.

The standard will supplement, and be used in conjunction with, ISO 20252, the main ISO standard for research.

Comments on the standard can be made online via the BSI draft review site until 20 June 2016.
