New global CEO for OnePulse

Billingsley (pictured) joins from full-service research consultancy Interloq, which he founded in early 2017, and his background includes leadership positions at Research Now and Toluna.

Based in Dallas, Billingsley will lead the company’s strategy and growth plans as it continues to expand.

Founded in 2013, OnePulse’s mobile and web platform is used by companies including Marks & Spencer and Coca-Cola to target audiences with up to three questions and receive instant responses.
